Well made and the weighted bars with tie down works great. Only thing is the color fades very fast, I had up for only 3 months and it is no longer gray, it's now a tan color on the side that is exposed to the sun

We had our cover less than a month when a strong storm came through over night. (people were without power for 3-4 days) the material held up beautifully! My husband and I are very happy with the pergola cover. However the rods did get bent. The customer service team was amazing. They replaced the bent rods at no charge but for shipping. I would like to stress this was not a normal thunder storm. The winds were very high like a tornado had came through. I do not believe the rods being bent should be a reflection of the product. Even our yard swing got flipped and dragged across the yard. I’m very impressed with the product and the customer service.
