Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Pre-orders and made-to-order items
You may cancel a pre-order or made-to-order (custom size) item for a full refund at any time before it goes into production or ships. To cancel, email support@alionhome.com with your order number. Once production has started or the item has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and our Refund Policy applies.
Subscriptions
If we offer subscription purchases, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by contacting support@alionhome.com or through your account. Cancellation stops future charges; payments already made are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Deposits and partial payments
If you paid a deposit, it will be fully refunded if you cancel before production begins.
