What information should I provide for a quote?

How do I request a quote?

How do I pay for a custom order?
For custom quotes that are not already available as a product option, we can send an invoice through our website with the agreed specifications and price.
How long does a custom order take?
Production time varies by product, size, material, and current workload. The quote or invoice will provide the applicable timing when needed.
Can I cancel or change a custom order?
Please contact us immediately if you need a change. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Custom and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review all measurements, colors, material choices, and special instructions before payment.
Are custom dimensions the finished product dimensions?
Unless a specific product page or quote states otherwise, custom dimensions refer to the intended finished product size. Some knitted materials can relax after sewing, so a loose lay-flat measurement may appear smaller than the properly tensioned measurement.
How should knitted HDPE be measured?
Knitted HDPE can contract slightly after cutting and sewing. For products designed to be tensioned during installation, check the dimensions evenly under appropriate tension rather than relying only on a relaxed lay-flat measurement.
What is the manufacturing tolerance?
Tolerance depends on the product, material, size, and construction method. If a specific tolerance is important for your project, ask us to confirm it in writing before ordering.
Can I request custom grommet spacing, hems, or rod pockets?
Yes. We can often adjust grommet placement, hems, and rod pockets for custom orders. Additional charges may apply depending on the work required.
