Item listing says "Custom" can I return or do an exchange?
- Unfortunately listings that say "Custom" are custom order(s) therefore cannot be returned nor can we do exchanges.
How long does it take to make a custom order?
- Once we receive payment, we will start your custom order right away. All our custom order(s) take 2-3 days longer to process, due to custom order(s) have to be cut and sewn by hand.
How do I pay for my custom order?
- We will send you an invoice which will take you to our check-out page.
How do I place a custom order?
- Please send us a message with the "Contact Us" form or give us a call. We would be glad to assist you.
Can I cancel my custom order?
- You may cancel your custom order if it is not in the process of being made. Once it is in the process of being made, we will not be able to cancel your order or make changes.
Can I return or exchange my custom order?
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns nor do exchanges on custom order(s). Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your custom order.
Why is my custom order a bit shorter than the measurements?
- As custom order are cut and hand sewn, the measurements will be slightly off. Therefore a tolerance of +/- 2-4in is allowed. However it is rarely noticeable and they will usually fit your project in a satisfactory manner.
I am not sure how to measure, can I get some help?
- Yes, we can definitely assist you with your project and give you advice. Fastest way to get in-touch with us is by using our "Contact Us" form. We reply to all messages within 24 hour.
Can I have grommets at custom lengths?
- Yes, we can do grommets at custom lengths. Please provide us with your spacing measurements.
Can I add grommets, hems, rod pockets and black trim?
- Yes, you may add or remove specific things. Please note that adding extra grommets, hems, rod pockets or black trim may cost extra.
Why is my order not the exact measurement?
- Privacy screens and panels may have to be tighten to measure out the exact measurement provided to us. During the custom process, the screen/panel are laid down flat and straight before it is cut.
I am not sure if the product I chose is right for my project, can you help me?
- We can definitely assist you. Send us a message or give us a call and we can assist and give you advice with your product. If we think the product is not suitable for your project, we will let you know. We want ensure that you enjoy your product.
What is the warranty on custom order(s)?
-Our warranty for custom items are the same as for our standard items, if they are the same design and within a specific size unless stated beforehand. Special designs and sizes larger than 16ft x 16ft x 16ft or 8ft x 22ft or 10ft x 13ft is not covered by our warranty. Our Warranty only covers craftsmanship.
