Create a more comfortable shaded space with the ALION HOME Custom PVC Rod-Pocket Shade Panel. Designed for windows, patios, porches, and other suitable openings, this made-to-order panel combines breathable outdoor mesh fabric with a simple two-rod installation design.

Breathable, Durable Shade Fabric

Made from 392 GSM UV-stabilized PVC-coated polyester mesh, the panel helps reduce direct sunlight while maintaining airflow. Its open-weave construction allows air and rainwater to pass through, making it a practical choice for breathable shade applications.

Two Rod Pockets — Top & Bottom

Each panel features two sewn rod pockets along the width edges. Insert compatible rods through the top and bottom pockets to position the shade across a suitable opening.

When used with appropriately sized tension rods and suitable mounting surfaces, the design allows installation without drilling.

Every panel is made to order according to your selected Width × Height dimensions.

How to Measure

Fabric by the yard: the quantity is the length in yards (1 yard = 36 in.). Measure your project and add extra for hems and seams.
Shade cloth and panels: the listed size is the finished size. Measure the area you want to cover.
Samples: order swatches to check color and material before a larger order.

Use & Care

Hemmed panels with grommets can be fastened with zip ties, bungee cords, clips, nails or staples. Raw fabric can be cut and sewn to fit your project.

Clean with mild soap and water and let air dry. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: free shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders typically ship within 1-2 days on weekdays from our Southern California warehouse, with tracking. Custom sizes typically ship within 2-4 days on weekdays from our Southern California warehouse, with tracking. For all other locations, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. If an order has already been placed, additional shipping charges may apply.

Standard sizes: unused items can be returned within 30 days. Please contact us for approval before shipping a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.

Custom sizes: made to order and can't be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
