CANOPY + 2 WEIGHTED RODS INCLUDED — PERGOLA FRAME NOT INCLUDED. Rod pockets are on the width, which is the second dimension shown in each size (Length × Width).

  • CANOPY + WEIGHTED RODS INCLUDED: Includes a breathable HDPE pergola replacement cover, 2 weighted metal rods with rust-protection treatment, and 4 sections of paracord to secure the rods in the built-in rod pockets.
  • BREATHABLE HDPE SHADE: Knitted 185 GSM virgin HDPE mesh helps reduce direct sun and heat while allowing airflow and rainwater to pass through instead of collecting on the fabric.
  • ADJUSTABLE POSITIONING: Weighted rods help keep the cover positioned while allowing you to shift the canopy across the pergola as the sun moves.
  • MADE FOR EXISTING PERGOLAS: Designed for compatible metal, vinyl, or wood pergola frames. Pergola structure is not included.
  • MEASURE THE COVER AREA: Listed dimensions refer to the shade cover itself. Measure the full fabric path before ordering.
  • CUSTOM SIZES AVAILABLE: Additional made-to-order sizes are available for non-standard pergola dimensions.

How to Measure

Measure the cover, not the pergola frame. The listed size is the exact size of the cover.

  • Rod pocket covers: Length = the full path the fabric travels across the top (plus any side drop you want). Width = the distance across the pergola. The rod pockets run along both Width ends. Size = Length x Width.
  • Panels with grommets: measure the area you want to cover on top of the beams. Size = Length x Width.

Installation

Rod pocket covers:

  1. Slide rods or pipes into the two end pockets.
  2. Lay the cover over the pergola beams.
  3. Secure the rods to the frame, or let weighted rods hang over the ends.
  4. Slide the cover along the beams to adjust shade as the sun moves.

Panels with grommets: fasten through the grommets to the frame with zip ties, bungee cords or screws, working from corner to corner to keep tension even.

Breathable HDPE lets air and light rain pass through, so water doesn't pool. Remove or secure the cover in severe weather.

Custom sizes typically ship within 2-4 days on weekdays from our Southern California warehouse, with tracking. For all other locations, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. If an order has already been placed, additional shipping charges may apply.

Standard sizes: unused items can be returned within 30 days. Please contact us for approval before shipping a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.

Custom sizes: made to order and can't be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
