Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on unused Standard products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for approval, before shipping your item. If we do not have a record of you returning your item, the package will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Unless we have made an mistake with your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  

Restocking Fee may apply to all return order(s).

The refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item(s). We recommend getting a tracking number just in case there is an issue with shipping.

Custom order(s) cannot be return or exchange. 

No returns are accepted on clearance/closeout sales.

Expedited/Express shipping or Processing fees are not refunded for any returns or exchanges.

Items that are purchased in Multiple Package deal must be returned together. If a return of a separated item, we will issue only the difference that makes up the Single Package deal. Example: 1x Panel $18; 2x Panel $30, if you purchase the 2x Panel $30 and returned one, refund will only be $12.

We encourage our customers to measure their project twice and be as accurate as possible before placing an order.

Can I change my address?

- Yes, you may change your address if your order has not been shipped. Once your order ships, we are unable to change your address. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing an order if you require an address change. 

 

Item listing says "Custom" can I return or do an exchange?

- Unfortunately listings that say "Custom" are custom order(s) therefore cannot be returned nor can we do exchanges.

 

Can I cancel my custom order?

- You may cancel your custom order if it is not in the process of being made. Once it is in the process of being made, we will not be able to cancel your order or make changes.

 

Why is my order not the exact measurement?

- Privacy screens and panels may have to be tighten to measure out the exact measurement provided to us. During the custom process, the screen/panel are laid down flat and straight before it is cut. A tolerance of +/- 2-4in is normal.

 

 What is the warranty on custom order(s)?

 -Our warranty for custom items is 1 year Limited Warranty, this only covers Craftsmanship, Not Normal Ware and Tare. Special designs and sizes larger than 16ft x 16ft x 16ft or 8ft x 22ft or 10ft x 13ft is not covered by our warranty. Warranty claim our chosen by us, Replacement or Refund. 

 

My item(s) are damage, what can be done?

 -You must contact us within 3 business days upon receiving the item if it is damaged. You will be required to send us photos. If you contact us after 3 business days, any shipping for exchanges, you will be responsible.
